	Terms & Conditions Placing an order and/or registering with The Blue Brown Bag confirms your acceptance of these Terms and conditions. We will endeavor to supply exactly what you order but sometimes we may have to substitute a product with one of at least an equal value and quality. If we do not have an equal substitute then we will contact you to discuss an alternative. The packaging shown on this website is indicative and may be subject to change at our discretion. We always try to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt of the order. If there is any reason for further delay we will advise you by telephone or email. Your order will only be dispatched once cleared funds have been received. All orders are dispatched from our premises after being checked for quality and quantity. We cannot be held responsible for damage to products during transit by Australia Post. If however you are not satisfied with our service then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do. Chocolates are vulnerable to extremes of temperature, particularly heat, which can in certain circumstances affect the appearance of the product. The Blue Brown Bag cannot be held liable if such spoilage occurs once the product has left our premises. This is particularly important when sending chocolates to foreign countries and during the summer months. If you wish to cancel an order then please notify us by email and provided that it has not been dispatched then we will provide a refund – we do however reserve the right to a deduction of the cost of any packing that may have already occurred.
